Welcome to OutreachBoard. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including the OutreachBoard website (https://outreachboard.com) and associated services.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Overview

OutreachBoard provides a directory of websites that accept guest posts and link insertions, along with tools to manage guest content submissions and communication with external contributors. A WordPress plugin and a user-driven marketplace for buying and selling guest posts and link insertions are planned for future release.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an OutreachBoard account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Directory Listings

The OutreachBoard directory contains websites submitted by third-party publishers offering guest post or link insertion opportunities. OutreachBoard does not own, operate, or endorse any listed website. Pricing, contact details, traffic figures, and other metadata are supplied by the submitter and may be inaccurate or out of date. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or editorial standards of any listed site. We may remove, recategorize, or update listings at our discretion — including via automated jobs — to maintain directory quality. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a recommendation.

4. Website Submissions

You can submit websites to the directory by sharing a Google Sheet through our submission form. By submitting, you confirm that (a) you own or are authorized to list each website, (b) the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and (c) you accept that submissions are processed automatically and may take up to 24 hours to appear. We run safety and quality checks on every submission and reserve the right to reject, edit, or de-list any website without notice — including sites that become unreachable, change ownership, contain harmful content, or violate these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your listings accurate; we are not liable for outdated pricing, broken contact details, or transactions that fail because of stale information.

5. Plugin (Planned)

A WordPress plugin is planned to connect your WordPress site to your OutreachBoard account. Once released, it will allow you to view and manage guest post submissions, sync article drafts and checklists, and import selected content into your WordPress blog. The plugin will not give guest authors access to your WordPress admin and will not publish posts automatically. Functionality, availability, and these Terms relating to the plugin may change before launch.

6. Marketplace (Planned / Beta)

OutreachBoard may offer a user-driven marketplace where publishers and content creators can negotiate guest post placements and link insertions. All negotiations and transactions are between users. OutreachBoard is not a party to any agreements and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of these arrangements. Marketplace features may be released in beta and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spam, fraudulent submissions, or fake listings
• Submitting websites you do not own or are not authorized to list
• Unauthorized scraping or data harvesting from the directory
• Distributing malware, exploits, or illegal content
• Violating intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove listings that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the platform. OutreachBoard does not claim ownership of your posts, drafts, checklists, or directory listings. By using the Service, you grant OutreachBoard a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OutreachBoard harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of content you submit, websites you list, or transactions you conduct through the Service — including, without limitation, claims relating to copyright infringement, defamation, fraud, or breach of third-party agreements.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. OutreachBoard may suspend or terminate your access, and remove your listings, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

OutreachBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, data accuracy, or the success of any transaction facilitated through the platform, plugin, or marketplace.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutreachBoard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to content loss or disputes arising from directory listings or marketplace interactions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
